You Either Believe It or You Don't

Reference Text:
Romans 8:28
A Divine Intervention!! On today, our Angel of the House selected a powerful text (as stated above) but was unable to preach because God’s presence swept through that place like a strong and mighty wind!
Equally, the referenced passage had to make room for the Spirit—making it a joyful consolidation! Surely, our leader is one who values God's presence and is a passionate worshipper!
“And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God; to them who are the called according to his purpose.”
Whether you “believe it or not,” the promise of Romans 8:28 that the Way Maker can “perform all things” is reassuring--no matter what the circumstances may be!
Scriptures, praising, shouting, clapping, singing, dancing were manifested concurrently—glorying the name of the Lord and sowing seeds unto the Savior! “Be not deceived; God is not mocked for whatsoever a man soweth that shall he also reap.” Galatians 6:7.
2nd Corinthians 9:6-8 declares: “But this I say, He which soweth sparingly shall reap also sparingly; and he which soweth bountifully shall reap also bountifully. Every man according as he purposeth in his heart, so let him give; not grudgingly, or of necessity: for God loveth a cheerful giver; and God is able to make all grace abound toward you; that ye, always having all sufficiency in all things, may abound to every good work.”
Don’t be in a “valley of decision” but have a made of mind to follow Him! Open your heart and hands for you to receive His blessings! Be ready to live in an overflow of His love, grace and mercies!
Prophet Elijah blessed the woman and her child who had only flour and oil for her and her son. But, he instructed the widow to borrow as many vessels as possible from all her neighbors. She poured her small amount of oil into each vessel; each of them remained full!
She told Elisha of the miracle, he said “Go, sell the oil, and pay thy debt; you and your children shall live from the rest.” Point: She chose “I do” believe vs. “I don’t!”
Remember: Believing is achieving! Sowing acceptable seed will allow one to reap lavishly! Repeat: Have faith when you pray, praise and worship Jehovah Nissi! You are going to make it! God is going to make a believer out of us! Therefore, don’t ponder, contemplate, procrastinate or doubt! You either believe it or you don’t! ’Tis so sweet to trust in Jesus!
The choices (whether positive or negative) that you make, sooner or later, will come back around! Before the reward, there must be labor! You plant before you harvest! When you sow in tears, you will reap joy! “Weeping may endure for a night but joy cometh in the morning!”
Now, you are going to experience the True Vine once you’re convinced! Be reminded that the world...trees...grass and all other creations were here before we arrived on earth! That’s power in itself! Implant faith for your blessing, deliverance, family, job, etc. and believe that it will materialize! Don’t take your life, the Deliverer wants to rescue you! There’s an anointing in the House for you to join in and be among those who are sanctified!
Once more, claim deliverance, transformation; receive the Almighty and be renewed for He is knocking, calling, pleading for you! Don’t leave the way you came! Be free from cigarettes, alcohol, drugs, fornication, lying or any sin that has you bound! “I got a praise, I got a praise and I got to get it out, I got a praise!”
The Father’s Word is firmly fixed in the heavens; it doesn’t change! There is no limit to its perfection; it contains nothing corrupt! All of God’s righteousness endure forever; they never get old or wear out!
God’s revelation, whether in spoken form, redemptive history or in the covenantal documents (i.e., the Bible), is unfailingly perfect! As Christians, He can be trusted in every way to speak what is true, command what is right and provide us with what is good!
All that was said and substantiated, either you believe it or you don’t! We hope and pray that you don’t have a seared conscious or a debatable heart! “O taste and see that the Lord is good…” Thanks, pastor for leading us to higher heights and deeper depths in God! Likewise, with your beloved wife, Shania Merriwether, for her love and contributions to the sheepfold!
Note: Profound thanks to Sis. Jackie George for her assistance in recording the services! Without fail, she is so dependable, efficient and is a willing team worker!
